Will Barry finally do his job? Nah . . .

Imagine, on the very day when Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama learns of the need for a free and open press – the guarantee of the First Amendment to the Constitution of The United States of America, a country with which he is notionally familiar – we learn that his friend and our attorney general, the embarrassment named Eric Holder personally sicced on James Rosen, the full gravity of the government . . . for doing what Barry now recognizes as somewhat important. Geesh . . .

Article One against Barry

In a sincere effort to help along the Congressional process, we offer, with only slight – meaning less than 12 revisions – Article 2 from the Impeachment of Richard Milhouse Nixon as applies to Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama:

Article 1

Using the powers of the office of President of the United States, Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in disregard of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has repeatedly engaged in conduct violating the constitutional rights of citizens, impairing the due and proper administration of justice and the conduct of lawful inquiries, or contravening the laws governing agencies of the executive branch and the purposed of these agencies.

This conduct has included one or more of the following:

  1. He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, endeavoured to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposed not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigations to be initiated or conducted in a discriminatory manner.

  1. He misused the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Secret Service, and other executive personnel, in violation or disregard of the constitutional rights of citizens, by directing or authorizing such agencies or personnel to conduct or continue electronic surveillance or other investigations for purposes unrelated to national security, the enforcement of laws, or any other lawful function of his office; he did direct, authorize, or permit the use of information obtained thereby for purposes unrelated to national security, the enforcement of laws, or any other lawful function of his office; and he did direct the concealment of certain records made by the Federal Bureau of Investigation of electronic surveillance.

  1. He has, acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, in violation or disregard of the constitutional rights of citizens, authorized and permitted to be maintained a secret investigative unit within the office of the President, financed in part with money derived from campaign contributions, which unlawfully utilized the resources of the United States of America, engaged in covert and unlawful activities, and attempted to prejudice the constitutional right of an accused to a fair trial.

  1. He has failed to take care that the laws were faithfully executed by failing to act when he knew or had reason to know that his close subordinates endeavoured to impede and frustrate lawful inquiries by duly constituted executive, judicial and legislative entities concerning the unlawful of the Democratic National Committee, and the cover-up thereof, and concerning other unlawful activities including those relating to the confirmation of Eric Holder as Attorney General of the United States, the electronic surveillance of private citizens, and other nefarious and pernicious acts against the people of the United States of America.

  1. In disregard of the rule of law, he knowingly misused the executive power by interfering with agencies of the executive branch, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Criminal Division, and the Department of Justice, of the Department of Justice, and the Central Intelligence Agency, in violation of his duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

In all of this, Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the People of the United States.

Wherefore Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

Barry Obama = Richard Nixon, who can tell the difference?!

Here finally is an admission of the obvious. Our government, under our ostensible “leader,” is attacking Conservatives for their presence rather than arguing against their policies.  Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama is a Statist” and Fascist!

Another collision of politicians and economics . . .

After fleecing the taxpayers of Miami-Dade County, the “City Fathers (and Mothers . . .  we stand for equality here) have compounded their ignorance with bad business. Even Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama would know to lower prices, get fans into empty seats and sell hot dogs and beer and ballpark prices! Nope, they’re shuttering half the little stadium after wasting billions on what the taxpayers didn’t need, while enriching private interests, special pleaders and crony “capitalists.”

For a bit of background, we bring you Wikipedia:

Marlins Park is . . . located in Miami, Florida. It is the current home of the Miami Marlins, the city’s Major League Baseball franchise.  It is located on 17 acres of the former Miami Orange Bowl site in Little Havana, about 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Downtown.  . .

Marlins Park was also LEED certified as the “greenest” MLB park in 2012. The building is the sixth MLB stadium to have a retractable roof. With a seating capacity of 37,442, it is the third-smallest stadium in Major League Baseball by official capacity, and the smallest by actual capacity.

Despite consensus among sports people . . . that Miami needs this type of venue for professional baseball, Marlins Park has been a source of controversy in South Florida ever since it was proposed. The stadium’s public-funding plan—which would eventually strap a $2.4 billion debt to Miami-Dade County alone—led to a protracted lawsuit, largely contributed to the ouster of several local politicians, and triggered an SEC investigation. As revelations of the team’s finances and their handling of payroll (both before and after construction) seemed to contradict some of the premises on which the tax-funded-stadium deal were based, the ballpark controversy intensifies. (Emphasis added.)

What Difference does it Make???!!

Today we heard what the difference is between truth and Hillary Clinton. The call came at 2 AM, not 3 as she famously asked in an advertisement against Barry Obama in 2008. Barry was asleep.  Hillary did noting. A difference without a distinction.

Are we into “shrill?”

Mr. Obama takes on Sexual Assault

It is often we disagree with Mr. Obama. Its’ so easy.  But, in this case, we’re on board. His words speak for themselves. For a “Progressive to abandon ‘awareness’ programs is bold:

“The bottom line is, I have no tolerance for this,” Obama told reporters. “If we find out somebody’s engaging in this stuff, they’ve got to be held accountable, prosecuted, stripped of their positions, court-martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged — period.”

“I don’t want just more speeches or, you know, awareness programs or training — but ultimately folks look the other way…[When] we find out somebody’s engaging in this stuff, they’ve got to be held accountable; prosecuted, stripped out of their positions, court martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged. Period. It’s not acceptable.”

Surprise! “Progressives” Pursuit of “Gun Control” was PURE POLITICS . . .

Pure dishonesty, or abject stupidity, you decide:

In this piece, Report: Sharp drop in gun violence but most killings involve firearms, WaPo reporter Jerry Markon plays it straight. My “Progressive” friends, most of whom are too lazy to read an entire tract or employ Occam’s Razor should at lest read this:

Newtown thrust gun control to the top of President Obama’s second-term agenda, and the White House pushed hard for a series of gun-control measures. But the effort unraveled under pressure from the gun rights lobby, and every major proposal was rejected on the Senate floor.

The biggest setback for the White House was the defeat of a compromise measure to expand background checks for firearms purchases. Gun-control proponents have since mobilized to revive the push for stricter gun laws, but gun rights groups might seize on one finding in Tuesday’s Justice Department report to argue against enhanced background checks.

Fewer than 1 percent of state prison inmates who possessed a gun when they committed their offense obtained the firearm at a gun show, the report said. Gun shows were central to the measure recently rejected in the Senate: It would have extended the current background-check requirement for firearms purchases from covering only sales at licensed dealerships to any sale that takes place at a gun show or was advertised in print or online.

About 40 percent of state prison inmates obtained their firearms from illegal sources such as theft or through a drug deal, the report said, while 37 percent got their guns from a family member or friend. Those findings are based on data from 2004.
